Moh says she can't control how she looks or change her body type.

“I have overcome a lot of challenges, one of them being bullying, social media hate almost broke me,” she says.

“I received a lot of hate from people calling me ugly, some criticising my size and petite body type. People criticise things that I have no control over,” she adds.

“That hits differently compared to something that I have control over. Had they been judging my make-up or hair, then I would understand because I can change a hairstyle or fix the makeup and move on but when I get criticised for something I can't change, it hurts. That shattered me a lot. I sat down and wrote a song titled Ndabazabantu to encourage myself and to tell people that, being the way I look doesn't not mean I am happy.”

Nom desires to gain weight soon, but she's in love with how she is created.

“I also wish to one day gain some weight and have a bit of a hip. But I can't control it, and I am happy with the way God made me.”

“I am not here because of my looks or for a beauty competition but to serve a purpose and that is to heal. People must not focus on me but on the music.”

“Before fame, Nomfundo lived a quiet and peaceful life.”
