Businesswoman , Sandra Iheuwa has offered powerful advice to women using herself as an example.

She encouraged them to accept what is and let go of what was while adding that pain makes one stronger, fear makes one bracer, and heartbreak makes one wiser.

“We should live for what today has to offer, not fit what yesterday has taken away.
