The late Mampintsha’s mother Zamanguni Gumede will be buried this weekend.
The Daily Sun announced details of the 64-year-old’s memorial and funeral service.
Zama passed away on Sunday 16 January, after suffering a minor stroke at Wentworth hospital.
The memorial service was held on Friday 20 January at KwaMashu L Hall in Durban, Kwazulu-Natal. while the funeral service will be on Saturday, 21 January.
“The funeral and memorial service will take place here at KawaMashu because she lived here. She was a people’s person, so we are expecting a lot of people,” she said a family spokesperson Balungile Gumede.
She added, “We decided to hold the memorial service in the afternoon because we wanted to accommodate everyone. We also understand that some may not be able to attend the actual funeral due to work commitments. So this is a chance for everyone to come and bid farewell.”
