Ademola Lookman scored his first La Liga goal for Atletico Madrid as Diego Simeone’s side swept aside Sevilla 3-1 on Saturday to move to the top of the table.

Late bookings for Sevilla’s Isaac Romero and Gabriel Suazo could not change the outcome as Atletico secured a convincing away victory.
The result takes Simeone’s side to seven points from their opening three matches, sending them to the summit of La Liga and underlining their strong start to the campaign.
