Nigerian defender Kingsley Ehizibue has completed a transfer to Serie A club Genoa ahead of the 2026/27 season, bringing an end to his four-year tenure at Udinese.
The 31-year-old right-back makes the move within Italy’s top flight after originally arriving at Udinese from Bundesliga side FC Cologne in 2022. Over the course of his spell with the Bianconeri, Ehizibue featured in 119 matches across all competitions, finding the net four times and providing two assists.
The transfer marks a new chapter for the experienced Nigerian, who will now don the Grifone colours as Genoa look to bolster their defensive options for the upcoming campaign. Financial terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed.
