Arsenal have climbed five places to rank as the world’s third most valuable football club brand, with a valuation of €1.5 billion following a 28% increase, according to Brand Finance’s Football 50 2026 report.

The Premier League champions, who ended a 22-year title drought last season under manager Mikel Arteta, also narrowly missed a domestic double after losing to Paris Saint-Germain on penalties in the FA Cup final.

Arsenal opened the new season with a 3-0 Community Shield victory over Manchester City on Sunday and are set to face newly promoted Coventry City at the Emirates Stadium on Friday.

Real Madrid retained the top spot for the third straight year with a €2.4 billion valuation and a brand strength score of 95.8 out of 100, the highest among 281 clubs analyzed. Barcelona remained second at nearly €2 billion, boosted by their return to Spotify Camp Nou and back-to-back La Liga titles.

Bayern Munich (€1.5 billion) held fourth, followed by Paris Saint-Germain in fifth. Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Borussia Dortmund rounded out the top 10, which collectively account for €14.9 billion—nearly two-thirds of the total brand value.
